Ship Ship Hooray! Free shipping is available on new trampoline and accessory purchases being shipped within most of Canada. Please note that shipping charges apply to all spare parts orders.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For customers in remote or rural areas of Canada, additional shipping charges MAY apply. These charges cannot be processed online, please call us at 1-877-586-7723 to discuss your shipping options.
If you have already placed an order and reside in a remote or rural area, please contact us as soon as possible to assist with the order processing. Otherwise, we will reach out to you promptly to collect the additional shipping fee and discuss the most suitable delivery method for your trampoline.
Delivered Right to Your Door
- Products are delivered directly to your home. When you order from Springfree Trampoline a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
- All products are shipped in 1 – 3 boxes. The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people to lift each box.
- Canada purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
- Shipping charges apply to spare and replacement part orders.

Can you guarantee delivery in 48 hours?
We ship new, in stock trampoline orders within 48 to 72 hours, depending on when the order is placed. Just a heads up, if you order over the weekend, it might take a bit longer since our warehouse is closed on weekends. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 10 business days. For custom trampolines, they take about 20 days to ship.
When I bought it online it said I’d get it in 48 hours, but I haven’t received yet or it came later?
New, in stock trampoline orders ship within 48 to 72 hours, means the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse. Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days after shipping. There might be delays if your order was placed over the weekend, as our warehouse is closed, or due to third-party courier delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. If you ordered professional installation, that is scheduled separately.
