Which Springfree Trampoline Is Best for You?

So, you and your family are in the market for a Springfree Trampoline and are curious about which one to invest in.

Well, you’ve come to the right place. At Springfree Trampoline, we not only created the product from the ground up, but also spend every day honing our expertise so that we can offer you the answers and advice you seek as you decide whether a Springfree Trampoline is right for you.

We’re upfront in saying that our products cost more than other trampoline brands on the market and there’s a reason: We have the world’s safest trampolines

The cost of a Springfree Trampoline means you need to know exactly which one is “the one” for you and your family; you don’t want to waste thousands of dollars on a trampoline that turns out to not be the right fit for you.

In that vein, we will list out all nine trampolines we sell, using our expertise to briefly describe the specific trampoline before dissecting who would and wouldn’t be a fit for each one.

We’ll also talk about the different trampoline accessories you can buy with your Springfree Trampoline and the bundle options you can choose from if you want to purchase both the trampoline and certain accessories as a package deal.

What Are Springfree Trampolines?

Before getting into the list, let’s briefly go over what Springfree Trampolines are and how they differ from traditional trampolines.

Springfree Trampolines, as the name suggests, are made without springs—which is what traditional trampolines use for bounciness.

Instead of springs, Springfree Trampolines use flexible composite rods that are built to sustain longer than springs, which tend to stretch, lose their bounce, rust or trap toes and feet.

Because Springfree Trampolines are built from a composite material that is three times stronger than steel and are equipped with safety features, like a flexible net system and an ultraviolet (UV) stabilized mat, they eliminate 90% of product-related injuries.

The 9 Springfree Trampolines

Before going into the list of Springfree Trampolines, there are a few important notes that apply to all of the trampolines discussed in this article that you need to be aware of:

Note #1: We recommend there be a 3-5 ft clearance around the entire trampoline to ensure it has enough room to safely be used.

Note #2: The max single jumper weight capacity, a crucial number to know when purchasing a trampoline, is based on how heavy you are and how high you jump. It is about ensuring jumpers don’t ‘bottom out’ (touch the ground while jumping).

The Mini Round and Compact Round Trampoline models have a max single jumper weight capacity of 175 pounds. The Medium, Large and Jumbo Trampoline models have a max single jumper weight capacity of 220 pounds.

Note #3: A trampoline’s total structural capacity, another key number to know, is the maximum capacity the trampoline can hold. The Mini Round, Compact Oval and Compact Round have a total capacity of 1,300 pounds. The other six models have a total capacity of 1,500 pounds.

With that out of the way, let’s go through the nine different Springfree Trampolines you can choose from as you look to find the right one for you, starting from smallest to biggest:

  1. Springfree Mini Round Trampoline (6 ft)

Little girl jumping on a Springfree Mini Round Trampoline.

Description: The Mini Round is the smallest trampoline option available at 6 ft wide with an overall footprint of 6 ft x 6 ft.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Mini-Round Trampoline?

  • You would want to go with this trampoline if your backyard is tight on space.

  • Great option for beginner jumpers and smaller children.

  • The Mini-Round is the least expensive trampoline offered by Springfree, so it would be a good fit for families that want a Springfree Trampoline but don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on one.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Mini-Round Trampoline?

  • Since the max single jumper weight capacity is 175 pounds, you SHOULD NOT buy the Mini Round if the jumper weighs above 175 pounds. The trampoline won’t break if you’re over 175 pounds, but you do run the risk of bottoming out (touching the ground) when meeting the maximum height of 7 ft x 7 ft.

  • If you have a big backyard that can accommodate a larger trampoline, buying a bigger trampoline will give you more space to jump and you also decrease the chances of your child physically growing out of the trampoline as they get older.

Cost: $999

  1. Springfree Compact Oval Trampoline (6 ft x 9 ft)

Little kid jumping on a Springfree Compact Oval Trampoline.

Description: The Compact Oval Trampoline is another beginner trampoline that is the smallest oval-shaped Springfree Trampoline offered. It measures 6 ft x 9 ft and provides 47 square feet of jumping space.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Compact Oval Trampoline?

  • Great fit for those with an unconventional backyard that needs a beginner trampoline to fit into small narrow spaces.

  • It’s also a good option for urban houses that desire a smaller trampoline model.

  • For a Springfree Trampoline, it’s another affordable option for families that don’t want to spend in the $1,200 range for a trampoline.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Compact Oval Trampoline?

  • Just like the Mini-Round Trampoline, the Compact Oval model has a max single jumper weight of 175 pounds, which means you shouldn’t purchase this model if the jumper exceeds 175 pounds.

  • If you don’t want your child to outgrow the trampoline, purchasing the Compact Oval model may not be the best choice.

Cost: $1,299

  1. Springfree Compact Round Trampoline (8 ft)

Little girl jumping on a Springfree Compact Round Trampoline.

Description: The Compact Round Trampoline, which is 8 ft wide and has 54 square feet of jumping space, has a mat size equivalent to a 10 ft spring-based trampoline.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Compact Round Trampoline?

  • Since the trampoline is round, it would be a solid fit for smaller yards in an urban area.

  • The Custom Round Trampoline is also an ideal option for beginners.

  • It’s also one of the less expensive Springfree options ($1,399) while still providing plenty of room for jumping.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Compact Round Trampoline?

  • Same rules apply for the Compact Round Trampoline as the first two trampolines on this list: The max single jumper weight and the possibility of your child outgrowing the trampoline are concerns to consider before purchasing.

Cost: $1,399

  1. Springfree Medium Oval Trampoline (8 ft x 11 ft)

Two kids playing around a Springfree Medium Oval Trampoline.

Description: At 8 ft x 11 ft with 77 square feet of jumping space, the Medium Oval Trampoline is a step above the three previous Springfree Trampolines on this list.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Medium Oval Trampoline?

  • The Medium Oval Trampoline is for jumping enthusiasts with a long and narrow yard that can adequately accommodate the trampoline’s size.

  • Good fit for urban yards or those with a space that is longer than wide.

  • Would be a solid option for jumpers interested in developing trampolining experience within a narrow space.

  • Since it is a bigger trampoline, there’s less of a chance for your kid to quickly outgrow the trampoline.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Medium Oval Trampoline?

  • The Medium Oval Trampoline wouldn’t be a fit for yards that cannot fit its 8 ft x 11 ft jumping mat dimension and the recommended 3-5ft clearance around the trampoline.

  • Since it is a medium-sized trampoline, families looking for either a smaller or larger oval-sized trampoline for jumping would want to look at another model.

Cost: $1,799

  1. Springfree Medium Round Trampoline (10 ft)

Two kids running around a Springfree Medium Round Trampoline while another kid jumps.

Description: The Springfree Medium Round Trampoline is 10 ft in diameter, includes a mat size that is equivalent to a 12 ft spring-based trampoline (one of the most common trampoline sizes) and allows for 79 square feet of jumping space.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Medium Round Trampoline?

  • This mid-sized trampoline is a good fit for all ages that have a medium-sized yard.

  • The 10 ft size is a good middle ground against the smallest and largest Round Trampolines offered by Springfree.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Medium Round Trampoline?

  • If you favor the oval or square design of a trampoline, then the Springfree Medium Round Trampoline would not be a good fit.

  • Like all trampoline models, you must have sufficient space to place the trampoline in your backyard. If you can’t fit the Medium Round Trampoline’s 10 ft diameter, then you wouldn’t be a candidate to purchase it.

Cost: $1,799

  1. Springfree Large Oval Trampoline (8 ft x 13 ft)

Description: The Large Oval Trampoline reigns as the second-largest oval-sized trampoline offered by Springfree. It includes dimensions of 8 ft x 13 ft with 92 square feet of jumping space.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Large Oval Trampoline?

  • Since this is a large trampoline, it’s built for large families that have narrow yards.

  • The Large Oval Trampoline would be a fit for kids of all ages that are active and love outdoor activities.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Large Oval Trampoline?

  • If you don’t have the space to fit the 8 ft x 13 ft Large Oval Trampoline in your yard, then it would not be a fit for you.

  • Small families would likely be better served to buy one of the less expensive models.

Cost: $1,999

  1. Springfree Large Square Trampoline (11 ft x 11 ft)

A kid jumping on a Springfree Large Square Trampoline.

Description: The Springfree Large Square Trampoline is the second-largest square trampoline model offered by Springfree, with a size of 11 ft x 11 ft and a jumping surface area of 113 square feet.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Large Square Trampoline?

  • Uniquely designed with curved corner edges, the Large Square Trampoline is a fit for families with big backyards that want to place a trampoline into a corner space of their yard.

  • Since it provides 113 square feet of jumping space, it’s also ideal for jumpers that want plenty of space for jumping and other activities.

  • If you want a large trampoline and have a $2,000 budget, the Large Square Model would be a good fit.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Large Square Trampoline?

  • Since the Large Square Trampoline is 11 ft x 11 ft, some houses may have trouble fitting the trampoline in their backyard.

  • This is the first trampoline that enters the $2,000 price range, so it would not be a fit for families that don’t want to spend that kind of money on a trampoline.

Cost: $2,299

  1. Springfree Jumbo Square Trampoline (13 ft x 13 ft)

Description: The Jumbo Square Trampoline, the second-largest trampoline offered by Springfree, has dimensions of 13 ft x 13 ft and 155 square feet of jumping space.

Who Would Be a Fit for a Springfree Jumbo Square Trampoline?

  • The Jumbo Square Trampoline is for families with huge backyards that plan to get a ton of use out of their trampoline.

  • The equivalent of a 15 ft traditional trampoline, the Jumbo Square Trampoline would be a great choice if you’re planning to do trampoline activities beyond just jumping.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Jumbo Square Trampoline?

  • The Jumbo Square Trampoline’s 13 ft x 13 ft size may not be conducive for small-to-medium-sized yards.

  • At a cost of $2,499, this Trampoline would not be a fit for families that either won’t use the trampoline frequently or don’t need a jumbo-sized trampoline to meet their needs.

Cost: $2,799

  • It’s built for large families with huge backyards.

  • The Jumbo Oval Trampoline would also be a worthy option for adults interested in starting a trampoline workout program.

Who Would Not Be a Fit for a Springfree Jumbo Oval Trampoline?

  • If you don’t have the space or have doubts about whether you would get enough use out of the Jumbo Oval Trampoline, you will likely be better served to look at one of the smaller, less expensive, options.

  • This is a $3,999 trampoline (includes installation), which could be out of budget for some families that don’t want to spend that much on a recreation item.

Cost: $4,499
